• CleanEST is a database to provide cleansed EST sequences of classified dbEST libraries. All dbEST libraries were classified according to organism, sequencing center, and eVOC ontologies (for human libraries). For each dbEST library, we provide three different EST sequences: ¡®raw¡¯, ¡®pre-cleansed¡¯, and ¡®user-cleansed¡¯ (see Manual for more details).

  • As of June 2009, CleanEST contains 62,008,259 EST sequences (24,000 libraries), whose contamination information is available here.
