Patome@Korea is a database server for Korean patent sequences (DNA and proteins), which have been provided by Korean Patent Interllectual Property (KIPO) once a month, according to the agreements between KIPO and KRIBB at July 8, 2004.

The database consists of mainly two parts. One is PatSeq, in which patent sequences and related data are provided. The other is GenePat, in which gene-patent data that is created by KOBIC. provide annotated gene information.

Patome@Koreaa database and server is constructed and maintained by KOBIC. And the database is updated once a month.

We also provide the BLAST service, in which users can align their sequence against the Korean patent/application sequence database.
