Patome@Korea
is a database server for Korean patent sequences (DNA and
proteins), which have been provided by
Korean
Patent Interllectual Property (KIPO) once a month,
according to the agreements between KIPO and
KRIBB
at July 8, 2004.
The database consists of
mainly two parts. One is
PatSeq,
in which patent sequences and related data are provided. The
other is
GenePat,
in which gene-patent data that is created by KOBIC. provide
annotated gene information.
Patome@Koreaa
database and server is constructed and maintained by
KOBIC.
And the database is updated once a month.
We also provide the
BLAST
service, in which users can align their sequence against the
Korean patent/application sequence database. |
